I had met my classmate around 4 months back and informed her also about my mom's death. But in a recent email, she wrote to me that I had met her a couple of years back. Maybe, she just forgot about the time that I had met her a few months back. Maybe because it was a hurried and surprise visit.  Nonetheless, dementia is on the rise. It affects people after 60 years of age. Dishes one can make with jackfruit seeds

The seeds can be steamed, cooked, or roasted. Their healthy ingredients are preserved in all methods of cooking. One can cut it and cook it into a dry form with salt and spices and other garnish. Else one can make it into a liquid form with salt and spices. They can also be steamed or roasted and consumed as a snack. One can blend it with jaggery and dry fruits to make a dessert.
