Educated daughters vs strong daughters: The difference

Image
Indian government, Indian law, and pro-female organizations in that land talk about increasing education of girls and women. I get very amused at this ineffective and useless propoganda that does nothing great to help the girl child and women. This is because most women even if educated are unable to continue work, career or do entrepreneurship because their parents or in-laws or community will not allow them. It had disappeared in the 10 th century but was revived in the 18 th century in Burma by the Toungoo and Konbaung dynasties. But a new form came in the 19 th century and became a movement in the 20 th century. American Buddhist teachers initiated the new Vipassana movement. Vipassana-It means to see things as they really are. It is said to be a logical process of mental purification via self-observation. Anything wrong within or around us upsets a human being. There is frustration and agitation leading to disharmony. This causes problems to self and those around us. Vipassana ...
