10 gorgeous and wise ways to control blood sugar!

Diabetes or altered glucose tolerance is not a good thing. The blood sugar may rise after a meal and one may feel giddiness, dizziness, drowsy, or tired. Concentration might drop. How to avoid this?

1. Have high proteins and low carbohydrate diet. Atleast 35% of calories must be from proteins. This helps because proteins slow the digestion and hence limits the rise of blood sugar. Greens and vegetables are also good.
