Sperm donors vs human milk donors - another injustice against women

Image
Indian culture is ant-women though it is a taboo to talk about this fact. Laws also do not support truly. There is something else written and something else said and done.  Women are usually put on more manual jobs and paid less. They are rarely given leadership jobs though they could have been better leaders of the hurdles in their lives were abolished.  Now coming to sperm donation vs human milk donation. If you see both, and think on those, you will realise that human milk donation is much more valuable and useful. Yet, human milk donors are either not paid or are paid less. But sperm donors are always paid and paid more. Why this difference???? Read: How to eat idlis? Law fails to help these mothers who I would say are exploited in the name of humanity. When sperm donation and surrogacy are compensated, why not human milk donation be compensated at par??? A food for thought!!!

The best dosas (rice and lentils pancakes)

Dosas are a food delicacy of South India. Made of rice and lentils, it is a staple food in Southern states of India. It is available and served in all restaurants there.

Dosas

Dosas are pancakes made of rice and lentils that are wet grinded and fermented for few hours. They are served with sambhar (tamarind and lentils curry) and coconut chutney or sauce.

It is a food delicacy of South India. It has carbohydrates, proteins and fats in it. There are minerals and vitamins. Moreover, it has the benefits of fermented foods.

Dosas are available in almost all the restaurants in south india. It is also available in restaurants of urban areas and metro cities of India and in some other countries as well.

While in Bangalore and Karnataka, the availability is at all times, in Tamilnadu and kerala, there are specific hours of the day when they are served in restaurants.

The best dosas

I have traveled a bit and tasted these pancakes there. If you ask me which place or region serves the best dosas, I would say it is the state of Karnataka followed by Tamilnadu. The dosas here are delicious and nutritious too.

Ideally, a dosa should be crispy and at the same time thick. Thd batter should be well-fermented. This you will find in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu dosas.

Obesity on the rise in India

In urban cities of Western and Northern India, they make dosas but those are not traditional. Here, these pancakes are crispy but extremely thin. Hence, when you break them with your fingers, half of it falls down in the plate or on the table and only half remains in your hand. It is not enjoyable to eat it.

Hence, if you want traditional and good dosas, visit karanataka or Tamil Nadu and have a great memory of savouring it.
